Description
Our ‘Heart Failure in Primary Care’ course is designed to equip practice nurses and other registered health care professionals with the essential knowledge and skills required to effectively manage patients with heart failure in primary care settings. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of heart failure pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment modalities, patient education, and ongoing management strategies. Through interactive learning, case studies and discussions, participants will feel better prepared to confidently navigate the complexities of heart failure management and improve patient outcomes in primary care.
