Heart Failure Update in Primary Care This half-day workshop provides an update on the management of patients with heart failure for practice nurses and other allied registered healthcare professionals who have already completed initial Managing Heart Failure in Primary Care training and are regularly seeing patients. Participants will review current guidelines, revisit evidence-based diagnostic and treatment pathways, and sharpen their skills in assessing and managing patients with heart failure in primary care.
