This training course will provide your staff with the tools needed to build resilience in order to better manage challenges and maintain good personal wellbeing in the face of adversity. It includes the key components of resilience and is a simple yet effective course that is suitable for all levels of staff.

SECTION 1

In this opening section of the course, we look at what resilience means, how you can achieve it, and the common barriers people face when trying to achieve it.

SECTION 2

What makes a person resilient? There are quite a few attributes that can be put into ‘components of resilience’ and we’ll be looking further into them in this section.

SECTION 3

Resilience is not about being perfect, it’s about starting where you are, and that means starting small. It’s a skill that can be developed over time by using a few simple tools to get to know yourself – and we show you how in this final section of the course.

Course Content
