SECTION 1
In this section we will be looking at equality and diversity, explaining how our behaviour can affect those around us, and how previous experiences create biases (whether consciously or unconsciously) about the people we meet, which lead to us treating them unfairly.
SECTION 2
Our second section focuses on bullying and harassment (including sexual harassment) – which is negative behaviour that many people face in the workplace – and we’ll suggest some ways to deal with it.
SECTION 3
We are going to look at conflict in the workplace and ways you can avoid and resolve it. This includes the importance of communication and how positive body language can help to defuse tension.
SECTION 4
In this section, we concentrate on problems like stress and how the quality of our mental health influences everything we think, do and feel; how it affects our relationships, our work, and even our physical health.
