What Learners Say About Our Lunchtime Sessions

Wound Deterioration

I really enjoyed the lunchtime session on Wound Deterioration. It was very useful and provided practical insights that I can apply in my work. The timing was perfect — concise yet thorough, and it fit well into a busy day. Looking forward to future sessions!

Wound Deterioration

Concise, to the point, useful.

Bleeding Issues

Really interesting and knowledgeable, which will help when having consultations.

Flu Challenges

Very helpful. The facilitator was absolutely brilliant — keeping an eye on the questions and speaking with such knowledge. She was amazing, thank you.

Flu Challenges

Excellent, well delivered, and covered numerous vaccine challenges in the 45 minutes. Great that it was participatory learning.

Flu Challenges

A very informative and useful session. I learnt a lot of new information and gained links/resources I can refer to in future.”

Injection Technique

The session was engaging and informative. The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about ensuring best practice, based on evidence.

Injection Technique

Very easy to listen to. Although I’m confident in this subject, I still found it beneficial. I liked cameras & mics off — it felt relaxed, so I could enjoy it more. I will happily sign up for more.

Injection Technique

Excellent session! It reflected Alys’s vast experience and knowledge. It made me reflect on my own knowledge and practice.

Injection Technique

Excellent session. Alys made it interesting, well delivered, with great slides. As a seasoned vaccinator, I still gained lots of new information. I particularly valued the evidence-based approach with up-to-date research and references. Thank you for providing free sessions — gaining funded, specialist CPD is becoming more and more difficult in the current climate.

Travellers with Chronic Conditions

An extremely well-delivered session — gave me food for thought and raised issues I hadn’t considered previously.

Travellers with Chronic Conditions

Very informative. Lots crammed into an hour. Great reminder of all the areas to cover.

Travellers with Chronic Conditions

Brilliant. The speaker discussed issues well, gave lots of advice and scenarios, was easy to listen to, and showed where to find useful links.
