A healthcare professional undertaking a gynaecology assessment and examination with a patient.This comprehensive two day Gynaecology Assessment and Examination course is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of practice nurses working in primary care settings in the UK in the field of gynaecological assessment and examination. The course will cover key aspects of gynaecological health, examination techniques and history taking. Participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of common gynaecological conditions and their diagnosis and management.

This course provides a robust foundation for first contact care practitioners to deliver evidence-based, patient-centred gynaecological care in alignment with national guidelines and competences. Participants will leave equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute effectively to women’s health in primary care settings.
