Welcome to our Pharmacy First online Training Course. Pharmacy First, launched on 31st January 2024, introduces a new NHS service focused on managing minor ailments early to prevent the need for specialist care. Notably, it replaces CPCS and local minor ailments services. By adhering to a national protocol, which was developed with experts from NICE, UKHSA, GPs, and pharmacists, the service ensures both safe and consistent care across England.

Our Pharmacy First online Training Course equips you with essential skills to deliver NHS care confidently and effectively. You’ll learn to identify and manage minor ailments early, which, in turn, helps reduce the need for specialist intervention. Additionally, the course covers the latest PGDs and national protocols.
