Our Lunchtime Sessions are short, focused, and practical. Each one delivers clear, evidence-based learning on a specific clinical topic, making it easy to keep your skills up to date without stepping away from the workplace for long periods.
As part of our Lunchtime Health News Sessions, we’ll explore the link between mental health and the natural environment through an expert-led discussion and live Q&A. Hosted by Alys Bunce, and joined by Registered Mental Health Nurse Claire Baker and George Clark, Programme Manager at Severn Rivers Trust, this session will provide practical guidance on how green and blue spaces can support wellbeing, and how this can be applied in practice.
