SECTION 1
The only way that we can start moving towards our goals is if we know which direction weāre heading in and how far we have to go. So, your first step is to create a plan of action, known as a Personal Development Plan, or PDP. This section willĀ help you understand how toĀ identify gaps in your knowledge, skills, and experience; create your goals and decide how long you will spend on them; and will allow you, and your employer, to track your progress over time.
SECTION 2
InĀ this section, we want to help you help yourself. Self-learning is a vital tool for personal development but knowing how to do it effectively isnāt always obvious. So, weāre going to look at different styles of learning, helping you find one which works best for you.
