This Managing Anxiety Training course provides an introduction to what anxiety is and how differently it can affect different people. It offers simple and memorable CBT ideas techniques for our learners to use in order to better approach, understand and manage worrisome/anxious thoughts on a daily basis – things of which are experienced by usĀ all.

SECTION 1
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, and the symptoms range from mild to severe andĀ is also an umbrella term that covers a number of diagnosable conditions. This section will provide an introduction to anxiety andĀ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
SECTION 2
Anxiety looks and feels different for different people, which means the solutions for reducing anxiety will also differ for each person. So in this section, we offer a variety of ideas and tools – some are based on mindfulness, and others are based on CBT techniques.Ā
